Where Culinary Passions Become Careers
About Dim Sum Farm
Dim Sum Farm is a USDA-approved food production facility dedicated to bringing high-quality dim sum and Asian specialty foods to restaurants, hospitality groups, and foodservice businesses across the United States.
Our foundation comes from more than three decades of experience in Chinese cuisine and hospitality. Beginning with Koi Palace in the San Francisco Bay Area and later evolving through the Palette family of restaurants, our team has developed a deep understanding of the craftsmanship, flavors, ingredients, and preparation techniques that define great Chinese food.
Dim Sum Farm is the next chapter of that journey.
We bring restaurant-developed culinary knowledge together with modern food production capabilities to create products that are consistent, dependable, and made with care. Our goal is to help foodservice partners serve exceptional Asian food while meeting the quality, food-safety, and operational standards required in today’s foodservice industry.
The name “Farm” is intentional. It reflects our ingredient-first philosophy and our belief that great food, even at scale, should always begin with quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation. We believe growth and efficiency should never come at the expense of what goes into the food.
Today, Dim Sum Farm combines restaurant experience, culinary craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and modern production standards to serve a growing network of foodservice partners across the country.
Our vision is simple: to make exceptional Asian food more accessible to restaurants and foodservice businesses nationwide—without compromising the quality, authenticity, and care that go into every product.
